OMCA Plate Beveling Machine

This beveling machine performs mechanical beveling with a high speed rotating blade and as a result the achieved mirror finish is ready to be welded without any additional weld prep work.

OMCA plate beveling machine has capability of beveling titanium plates.

This beveling machine is portable or can be mounted on a table.

This unit bevels plates from 10 - 50 mm and the max length of the bevel is 40 mm long. The speed of the beveling operation is 2 feet per minute.

The angles can be adjusted form 15 to 75 degrees.
